Assemble과 관련된 단어 정리해서 공부해보기~!!!

   Assemble V.  1. (사람의 경우) 모이다. 집합시키다. 
                            People may be requested to assemble in the lobby.
                            사람들은 로비에 모이도록 요청받을지도 모른다.
                         
                            2.(사물의 경우) 조립하다. 짜맞추다. (=put together)
                            The kid is assembling a new toy. 그 아이는 새 장난감을 조립하고 있다.

 

1. disassemble: 분해하다. 해체하다. 

 dis-( 'not' 의미의 접두사) + assemble 

 

 To move out, you have to disassemble all the furniture.

 이사하기 위해서, 모든 가구를 분해해야 합니다.

 

2. reassemble: 재조립하다. 재집결하다.

re-('again'의미의 접두사)+ assemble

 

It is not easy to reassemble the computer.

컴퓨터를 재조립하는 것은 쉽지 않다.

 

To  complete the project, you have to assemble, disassemble, and even reassemble your ideas many times.

 그 프로젝트를 완성하기 위해서, 너의 아이디어들을 조합하고, 분해하고 그리고 심지어는 재조합을 여러번 해야만 합니다.

 

 

3. assembly (조립) - disassembly(분해)

I participated in the assembly and disassembly stage of automobile production.

나는 자동차 생산의 조립과 분해 단계에 참여했다.

 

 

4. assembly 의회.입법기관, 집회

 명사형으로 assembly는 위의 3번에서 '조립'이란 의미로 쓰였지만,

 '의회, 입법기관, 집회' 등과 관련된 의미로 사용될 수 도 있습니다.

 National Assembly : 국회의사당

 local assembly : 지방의회

 state assembly: 주의회
